^Moving Goal Posts. No where is this a comparison between the two, its about the quality of the awards, not awards giving out from random sites that hold little to no weight. Ill link you acouple Xbox titles that won GOTY awards from some sites.

Do you guys actually care about random awards giving out to any game? It will also make no difference either if Forza Horizon 4 won 60 GOTY awards from no names. Its the major and industry driven and recognisable awards that hold more weight. A game winning GOTY at the Game Awards or at IGN holds more weight than 20 GOTYs from Randoms like Stevivors.

OverWatch did this in its release year not UC4. UC4 won more awards from god knows who, compared to Over Watch who won the major awards from the major outlets. 

Now I couldn't care any less for GOTY but to say UC4 and Death Stranding are GOTYs is no different to me saying Gears 5 and Forza Horizon 4 are as well, because they have also won GOTY. If you are a follower of Stevivors than you will not care about the other awards in the world.

Its the quality of the awards that means most, not the quantity of the awards. That's my opinion and you both can disagree all you want. The gaming industry is a bias place and MS, Sony and Nintendo can easily pay tribute to publishers for a helping hand in giving these awards out, its why I clearly stay away from unknown and random or simple unrecognisable awards and reviews.

Yes no one would ever be able to detect the distortion you made to try and put down Sony titles.

You are the only one trying to push the narrative that 1 or 2 GOTY awards for a title would make it a GOTY be it from a specific outlet or not. The point the person made was a game that got most GOTY and you tried to deflect by selecting what should be accepted or not.

And even like that you wouldn't be able to put a list of several exclusives with big GOTY count, while Sony have had that for almost every year this gen.
