I liked Skyward Sword better for a variety of reasons.
The biggest reason is that I just absolutely so very much hate the Wolf Link segments of TP.
But even with those removed, overall I still enjoyed Skyward Sword more.
My only complaint with SS is how much it was death by tutorial.
