That wont happen, ps3 games are too difficult to port to PC architecture. Its way easier to port ps4 games. Developers will not take the time and huge effort to port ps3 games that probably wouldn't sell anyway.

The vast majority of PS3 games are multi-platforms and are already on PC.

The rest can be emulated.
