Stadia in the future will be integrated on youtube. When some dude watch a video of a gameplay of a game that is available of the platform, there will be a Stadia button offering you to play a demo of the game for free.
MS don't have the advantage of having the biggest platform used to watch gameplay videos (not live streams) in the world in their favor. Amazon can count on Twitch for the matter.
