Can we please stop this nonsense? It's beginning to feel like being in a meeting of the flat earth society...
A company has to look for the health of thir emplyees first and foremost in such a situation. If I were managing a large corporation like Sony, I'd also stop any flying around of "my" people, and meeting at conventions where you have no clue as to where the people would come from and what people they would have interacted with before.
