24 fps wasn't uncommon in that era for N64 games ( it was very estable at that) Most people didn't  have an issue with it (clearly), only you. I understand the headaches clouded your view of the game.  Its okay bro, I am sorry the condition didn't let you enjoy the greatest game of all time (at the time of its release) to the fullest. But Time heals wounds, and perhaps someday you will see the light.
