Kingdom Hearts still features worlds and characters from older Disney movies, so it's not too far a stretch to do an Arkham City-esque Gargoyles game.

I mean... no reason why they couldn't, it's just a matter of whether they see money in it.  Kingdom Hearts is a bit of a different situation, since it's not selling on the basis of any one license.  So you can throw in something niche like The Three Musketeers, even though it's very unlikely a Three Musketeers game would be profitable itself.
