IMO it's the sheep that believe the pay gap is because of discrimination, if women want equal outcome then they have to work the same hours in the same industries but of course that's hard work and the feminists want equal outcome for less work in less demanding jobs.

Women work more hours than men do. They just don't get paid for all of them. Women do the vast majority of the world's unpaid (and, as we see above plainly, unappreciated) work.

Perhaps if men chose to participate equally in domestic chores (and employers couldn't legally use maternity leave time as an excuse to cut off pay for long periods in this country), things would be different. Perhaps under such circumstances, a larger number of women would feel at liberty to pursue careers in a more dedicated way. Either that or the state should start paying women for domestic work since they do more than two-thirds of it even in developed countries.

Also, why do so many threads have to feature a debate about the supposed evils of women and feminism even when it clearly has nothing to do with the subject at hand?

Because normies love to feed the trolls.
