I loved these games on N64 and still loved them on Switch. The music is fantastic. Best weapon ever in Cerebral Bore. Tho the final boss to Turok 2 still sucks. These are still very fun arcadey FPS games overall but some flaws do show with its age. They fixed some of this by showing you where to go with a menu option. It's nice to play Turok 2 in a higher framerate than 4FPS lol. I love it every time I hear him say "I AM TUROK!" I have never read the old 1950s comics tho. Also the GBC game of Turok 2 I remember being fun as well. I never bothered with any game outside the first 2 (and the GBC game). If they were to make a new game in the series I want them to make it closer to Doom in playstyle. Twitchy gunplay and shooting the shit in an arcadey way. It doesn't take itself overly seriously but also not the cringe too self-aware humor either.
