Interesting is that this news is making people over the internet to think cloud game died. Maybe GFN will die if Nvidia don't come with legal terms with developers, but cloud gaming will move on.
It's our nature to have short memory and think a paradigm shift happens overnight, but the slow process of growth and improvements that makes a new paradigm to take over an old one is unnoticeable.
15-20 years from now when cloud gaming take over people will look at it and think it happened yesterday. They won't be able to see the slow process of growth and improvements it took over a decade or more.
