Game pass haven't made any impact because it's just 2 years

2nd it's not mainstream yet

3rd it's only game pass who does it,  nothing as big game pass provided the same service except  PS now which is not Sony focus right now

So which is it, has it not made any impact or has it convinced you that it will lead to the death of the industry? How strange to try and argue that it can be both. Also it's very much mainstream. Lastly it's not really just GamePass that does it. There are other gaming subscription services. Microsoft does some things differently, like putting their new releases in there day one. But subscription gaming is nothing new and even if it were, it would just be a copy of Netflix.

You are aware that movie studios still make Bluray and DVD movies, right? Music studios still put out CD's and even records are coming back. This is all while having many streaming services and also free access in many places.

4rth Movie =/= with games

5th Movie price =/= game price

6th game budget often goes big and take a lot of time

Also subscription allow exclusivity among the game publisher if they provided their own service

Gonna be honest, idk what any of this is trying to mean. Also, movies have big budgets too.

EA and Ubi have subscription services and have no exclusives. You're arguing against your own points you're trying to make. You say game budgets often go big and take a long time. So why would a game studio then limit access to that game to just a subscription service? Doesn't make sense.

Also Game Pass right now just using old games not new fresh content and most of the title are old, this will change when people start to choose subs model (which i hope not)

Sounds like you don't need GamePass to devalue games, you already do it plenty yourself. Viewpoints like this are exactly why services like GamePass can be a success. Games that are half a year old are already viewed by people with your type of mentality as "old" games and not something to be valued. Either way you're wrong, GamePass has lots of titles that launch on the service, and the AAA stuff on there has routinely been newer stuff.

Yes there will be hardware there will be physical media, but physical media will be expensives and limited, and the quality will be not as good when developer still provided direct sales.

Uh... fucking what? lol.

Again, where does any of this make business sense? Why would a company spend money to make physical versions of something and then price it too high? Why haven't movie or music studios started making prices for their products super high to make people go digital?

That's why game pass will be hard to implement if  Microsoft really serious  trying to disrupt gaming in general by bring new title . game will be cheap and directly evaluate quality and price.

Another argument with zero business sense or logic. "hey subscribe to our service, the games suck!".

Don't ignore what I said about the quality of content on all the streaming services we have right now. Most of the best content you can consume right now comes from these subscription services you claim will lead to shitty content. Again, as a consumer, I don't see how that's a bad thing. Hey there's this thing that looks great. I want to watch it. I hate that it exists. Doesn't make sense.

But if Gamepass is trying to be normal and won't replace old way of owning games then game pass will  just be an add on, it will not be a game changer nor a revolution nor a selling point. Gamepass will just be a something gamer can look . And i hope this is the case because i prefer owning games and many people still prefer this . But again this a wild card for microsoft they are trying to win a lot of gamer  by destroying game industries and devalue the price and at the same time bringing down , budget and  the quality of games. Because who want to make games for, unless the game publisher prived the money for game developer and shareholder will be left empty and goes bankrupt .

So then everything you just wrote doesn't apply? Nice.
