That's the main reason why I purchased the XBOX One S was because at the time it was a cheap alternative 4K Blu-ray player. The sad part is that it doesn't support Dolby Vision in terms of 4K UHD Blu-ray playback and MICROSOFT said that there will be an update for it. I guess MICROSOFT cannot be trusted on all fronts and I will not be fooled leading into next gen. Doesn't matter anyways because I'm sure they lost money on my purchase because I purchased my S brand new back in 2016 with 10 games from EB Games and since then I haven't purchased Gold or Gamepass and all of the games that I've purchased have been used copies. Now if they bring the Dolby Vision update then I'd be willing to support them if not then they can go screw themselves
