If we look at possible CU config and the rumored clock-speeds from Gonzalo/Flute/Oberon we basically looking at these numbers for PS5: Oberon 12.288TF (48CU,2ghz) or 13.312TF (52CU,2ghz) Gonzalo + Flute 11.980TF - 12.639TF (52CU, 1.8ghz-1.899ghz) Basically PS5 will have 56CU's and 4/8 of them will be disable for yield improvement. It's funny how we went from 10TF for both consoles to 12TF for Xbox and 9TF for PS5, now we are 12TF for boths consoles. For memory I think Sony will have 16GB Vram at 572GB/s memory bandwidth speed + 4-6GB ddr4 and how Sony will deal with heat and lack of memory bandwidth for 12TF we should w8 for RDNA2 reveal. |
