If it does it will be at least 18 months away, and it will be very dated. 

Buy a 360 and pick up Banjo Kazooie as well and Halo Wars.  Banjo Kazooie wouldn't work on PC, and Halo Wars is confirmed not to be coming to the PC.

 

... Or, keep the £200 and buy Starcraft 2, the PC version of DMC4 (superior version, with extra modes), Dragon Age (Baldur's Gate 2 spiritual sequel, made by Bioware) and Space Siege (Sequel to Dungeon Siege).
