Sunset overdrive was more or less the spiritual successor to Jet Set on the Original Xbox anyway.
...So it isn't entirely impossible to have another spiritual successor done by another studio.

I own multiple PC's. I am primarily a PC gamer.
I also own every Microsoft console, most of Sony's consoles and most of Nintendo's consoles.
Obviously his statement was going to be factually incorrect even if one person on the planet owned a PC and Xbox.
