What the logo represents is what gets people excited. Some of the best games this generation and the continuation of the undisputible.
Who the F cares how uncreative a logo is. Simplicity is recorgnized and remembered. Besides the implication, that a creative design would somehow justify peoples excitement. It is still a brand logo!
