Its in the wording... a partnership.
That means its a "we own this company together" type of thing.
Tencent now owns enough of the company to have a almost equal say, in how things develope, compaired to Platinum games themselves.
Saying they dont think, it ll effect their indepedancy is foolish.
Why would anyone just buy like half of a company, and not have any say in what it does?
