Short answer, no.

Long answer, no but the things that fueled the meme have mostly become a thing of the past.

PC Master Race became a thing all the way back in 2008-2009 when we had the PS3/360. Both of those consoles had a horribly small amount of space dedicated to RAM as well as other issues that just made them go obsolete on a tech level very quickly. Maybe if Sony hadn't bothered with Blu-Ray, used a more traditional CPU, and included at least a GB of RAM things would have been different.

PS4 Launched as kind of underpowered, and XB1 launched with Kinect making it awful from a price to power perspective. You could almost build a PS4 quality PC for $400 back in 2013. Almost. Meanwhile the PS5 and XB1SX are rumored to be launching at 2080 levels.

It wasn't until XB1X, and PS4 Pro that consoles stopped being insanely outdated on a tech level. IMO consoles are still very outdated, but it's not as bad as it would have been if Pro and 1X hadn't launched.

On the PC side of things we've had the Epic vs Steam store war, which has hurt PC gaming overall. Also Steam sales just aren't what they used to be.

The PC Master Race meme will never truly to away, but with consoles not being quite as obsolete, store wars hurting PC gaming, and Steam Sales not being so hot, it has lost the power it once had as a meme.
