You don't really know what timed exclusivity really means.

Based on your logic, Sony and Nintendo exclusives are also timed cause they get re-released on their newest consoles.

We know since reveal that it would be timed exclusive to PS4 (by the "first on playstion 4"). And he is saying there is no meat to say it won't appear on Xbox after the timed exclusive period, because there is no formal confirmation, just speculation. Some suspect it will only appear on PC after time exclusive period ends, others say it will show in more platforms. There is nothing that confirm one or another, we just know it will appear in other platforms after 1 year, not which they are.

It is already confirmed one year of exclusivity for Sony. After that it will come to Ms consoles or PC. Unless you redefine the meaning of timed exclusive.
