The way it was revealed on the E3 both it and Shenmue 3 had the tone of showing first on PS4 then on PC and nothing else.
And if you read to what I was answering the core is that we new it wasn't permanent full exclusive. And that his rant on Sony doesn't make sense in this thread as the condition of the exclusivity not being full have always been know and isn't something of this past year (that is when he started complaining of changes Sony have been implementing with censorship and SJW behavior).
