I kickstarted Phoenix Point and I am playing right now on Epic Store but this is sweet if it is also coming to Game Pass.

If I remember correctly Phoenix Point was actually announced to be launching into Gamepass before they signed the Epic Store deal or rather the "Not on Steam deal"
