If you had any games for the system, you probably got at most $20 for them and unless you had things like Red Steel (which you won't get $20 for) you're not making anything back if you want those games again. |
Okay, simple math here:
I spent $410 on the Wii, controllers, and games. I sold it for $340.
If they drop the price to $200, that is $50 less than I paid for the sytem.
So, if I buy a system next year at $200, I would be at a net loss of $20 and will have dumped two games I beat and will never play again.
For the life of me, I can't see how I'm losing out except for the fact that I won't be playing Wii for the next six months or so. But like I said, that's not a problem because there are more than 5 360 games I'm dying to play over the holidays.
