My predictions for Scarlett launch:

Name: Xbox Next
Date: November 17, 2020
Price: $500

Specs:

  • 10 tflop AMD Navi GPU
  • 3.2ghz 8 core AMD Ryzen 2 CPU
  • 20 GB of GDDR6 at speeds over 500 GB/s
  • 1 TB NVMe SSD capable of read and write speeds over 2000 MB/s
  • Vapor Chamber cooling

Launch window (Launch to December 2020) Line-up (some of these may release on current gen platforms earlier in 2020, with next-gen ports coming during the Holiday season):

GPU will certainly not be Navi based as in what is found on the PC, that GPU is more like a hybrid GCN/RDNA architecture as it still features GCN instructions... Plus Scarlett will be capable of Ray Tracing which Navi cannot do with dedicated hardware.

Microsoft has already confirmed that the CPU will be Ryzen 3rd gen (Zen 2), not the old and outdated Ryzen 2nd gen (Zen+), highly doubt AMD is going to port Zen+ to 7nm anyway, unless you have confused Zen 2 with Ryzen 2?

20GB of GDR6 would necessitate a 320-bit memory bus, Microsoft might not take that approach if it wants a console that will scale downwards in price after a few years.
