https://www.pcgamer.com/help-moxxi-heist-a-casino-in-borderlands-3s-first-expansion/
The first campaign expansion for Borderlands 3 was revealed today as Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, a plot to take control of the gaudiest gambling joint in the galaxy. Unlike typical casino heists, though, this one isn't so much about outsmarting the mobbed-up owner with fast talk and dirty tricks as it is just shooting the hell out of everything that moves.

Bungie says it has 'no plans' to release Destiny 2: The Collection outside of Stadia
https://www.pcgamer.com/destiny-2-the-collection-has-been-rated-for-pc/
It looks like Destiny 2: The Collection, one of the Stadia's launch games, won't be limited only to Google's streaming platform. It launched yesterday on Stadia, but PEGI ratings suggest that it will also be coming to PC and consoles.
Update: Bungie told GamesRadar that it has "no plans right now to have Destiny 2: The Collection available outside of Stadia," noting that it's "pretty easy to find ways to be content complete" without having to spring for an entirely new collection. The free Destiny 2: New Light includes all year one content, the Forsaken Compete Collection covers year two for $25, and year three starts with Shadowkeep for $35. After that, you can spring for Shadowkeep expansions as you like on an a la carte basis.

Two years after leaving Arkane "to spend some time with my son and reflect on what is important," co-founder and former creative director Raphael Colantonio has rejoined with former Arkane executive producer Julien Roby to launch a new indie operation called WolfEye Studios.

Witness the body horror that allows Rust players to look down and see their legs

It's fun to get a look at how the sausage is made in games, and Rust developer Garry Newman opened the doors to his butcher shop in a blog post today. The post reveals that Newman has wanted for years to let players look down in first-person and see their own legs while playing Rust, rather than traveling through the world as a disembodied camera in the same manner as most first-person games.

Ubisoft has teamed up with Netflix for a Rainbow Six Siege event based on the Spanish crime drama series La Casa de Papel, better known to US audiences as Money Heist. You don't actually get heist any money, though: Instead, Attackers must rescue a hostage dressed in the show's distinctive red outfit and Dali mask, who's being held by Defenders in the game's Bank map.

Portal 2 just got a new update, and it improves local cooperative play
https://www.pcgamer.com/portal-2-just-got-a-new-update-and-it-improves-local-cooperative-play/
Valve has been on a bit of an update spree of late: after years of torment, Half-Life 2 NPCs can finally blink again thanks to a recent fix. Now it's Portal 2's turn, and while the improvements and fixes aren't quite as weird, they are probably more useful.

When Psyonix announced that it was doing away with Rocket League's crates and keys, replacing them with blueprints, it was also accompanied by the news that the Showroom would be making way for a new Item Shop. Psyonix has now shared more details about how the shop will work.

Bowl a perfect game in the funny, free Alfonzo's Bowling Challenge
https://www.pcgamer.com/bowl-a-perfect-game-in-the-funny-free-alfonzos-bowling-challenge/
You don't need polygons or voice acting to make a great comedy game, as Alfonzo's Bowling Challenge aptly illustrates. It's a silly, funny, free browser game that's about bowling and (wink wink) absolutely nothing else. In it, you lift and slide a bowling ball around a bunch of cluttered stages, in response to challenges set by Alfonzo. As I cleared each level, and saw what the next had in store for me, a huge smile would invariably spread over my face.

Starborne, the cosmic MMORTS, bids farewell to alpha with a tournament

Starborne, the sci-fi MMORTS that's got a hint of EVE Online (as well as CCP's co-founder), will be leaving alpha soon. It's been in development since 2014, and with the beta approaching in early 2020, developer Solid Clouds wants this phase of the galaxy's development to go out with a bang. A few bangs, probably, as players fight for dominion over the galaxy on a tournament server.

Cyberpunk RPG Gamedec introduces its seedy neon underbelly
https://www.pcgamer.com/cyberpunk-rpg-gamedec-introduces-its-seedy-neon-underbelly/
Gamedec is a cyberpunk RPG about a virtual sleuth that I've had my eye on since it was announced in August. Quests and combat are replaced with cases involving crimes in VR, which you'll have to solve through interrogation, hacking and following the evidence until you're ready to come to a conclusion. In its first dev diary, which you can watch above, we learn a bit more about Low City, the seedy part of town.
