https://www.pcgamer.com/wolfenstein-youngblood-gets-a-new-endgame-mission-areas-and-enemies/
Wolfenstein: Youngblood, the best teenage-girls-slaughtering-Nazi-pigs game to be released in 2019, got a major free update today that adds an new endgame mission that will set players off through two brand-new areas—a Parisian reservoir and a secret Nazi bunker—in search of "Da’at Yichud Artifacts." (That's also what the sidequest is called.) Once the job is done, 20 new Treasure Maps will be added to the game's Missions tab, each of them leading to artifacts that will reward those who can find them with experience, silver coins, and ability points.

Score a Legendary Overwatch skin and other cosmetics in Mercy's Recall Challenge
https://www.pcgamer.com/score-a-legendary-overwatch-skin-and-other-cosmetics-in-mercys-recall-challenge/
Blizzard's latest Overwatch short story digs into the history of Dr. Angela Ziegler, better known to fans of the game as Mercy, who finds herself working in a rundown aid camp on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt after the super-team's collapse. (...)
At the end of the story is an image of Mercy dressed up in (relatively) conventional doctor duds, which players can now acquire in Mercy's Recall Challenge, a new in-game event that kicked off today. Winning three games in Quick Play, Competitive, or the Overwatch Arcade will earn you a new player icon. Six victories will net a pair of new sprays, and for nine you'll take home the Dr. Ziegler legendary skin.
Hearthstone Battlegrounds open beta has begun, with free packs for playing
https://www.pcgamer.com/hearthstone-battlegrounds-open-beta-has-begun-with-free-packs-for-playing/
After a week in early access release for BlizzCon attendees and pre-purchases, Blizzard's new autobattler Hearthstone Battlegrounds is now open to everyone. There are three free packs up for grabs in the form of a legendary quest which requires you to complete two full games of Battlegrounds, but given the interest in Hearthstone's first new mode in forever, I doubt that will feel too onerous.
The Legend of Bum-Bo, a prequel to The Binding of Isaac, is out now
https://www.pcgamer.com/the-legend-of-bum-bo-a-prequel-to-the-binding-of-isaac-is-out-now/
Edmund McMillen, he of The Binding of Isaac, Super Meat Boy and The End is Nigh fame, has just released a new game. The Legend of Bum-Bo is a "puzzle based deckbuilding roguelike" which undoubtedly looks like a McMillen game, except it has a gloriously unusual cardboard cut-out aesthetic.

https://www.pcgamer.com/stardew-valley-is-getting-a-big-content-update-later-this-month/
Stardew Valley is one of the most beloved PC games in recent memory, but its creator Eric Barone, aka ConcernedApe, reckons it still has "some holes or weak points". A new content update set to release later this month is designed to address some of these points, in the process adding a bunch of new features.
Age of Empires 4 gameplay reveal is coming tomorrow
https://www.pcgamer.com/age-of-empires-4-gameplay-reveal-is-coming-tomorrow/
Age of Empires 4 was announced back in 2017, but since then we've learned very little about the Relic-developed sequel—that will change very soon. We'll be able to see it in action for the very first time during X019 on November 14.
>> We'll finally see if the wait has been worth it... or if we have to start sharpening our pitchforks.

https://www.pcgamer.com/fortnite-patch-notes-11-11-update-bandage-bazooka/
What's in the latest Fortnite patch notes 11.11? Epic Games is no longer a fan of patch notes, which makes our job a bit tougher, but that doesn't mean you can't be in the loop.

Everything is an unlock in aptly named free platformer Nothing
https://www.pcgamer.com/everything-is-an-unlock-in-aptly-named-free-platformer-nothing/
I never thought I'd feel grateful to be able to move to the right, but after earning it the hard way in free platformer Nothing, I'll surely appreciate this freedom of movement in the next platform game I play. Created for a recent Ludum Dare in which the theme posited that 'you start with nothing', Nothing takes this to heart: you have to unlock absolutely everything, including the music, and sound effects, and ultimately the ability to move right.
Crusader Kings 3 developer diary reveals how war is waged
https://www.pcgamer.com/crusader-kings-3-developer-diary-reveals-how-war-is-waged/
The latest Crusader Kings 3 developer diary tackles war, one of the subjects Paradox largely kept to itself when the sequel was announced in October. It goes into more detail about levies and professional troops, some of which we learned at PDXCon, along with new information about the battles themselves.
