Would you pass on a game due to its art style?

I was in the "Celda" camp until I played it. Now my fave Zelda game ever.

I hated the look of Darksiders. Then I played it and loved it.

I wasn't so sure about the lanky design of Bayonetta. Now my fave stylish action game series.

Games with actual art style I try to give a chance. It doesn't always work out for me. I loved the look of Souls and Bloodborne. Amazing art. Just not very keen on the gameplay. Realism is a little different. Of course, I play games that go for 100% realism like and not stylized realism (Yakuza or DMC5 as examples of stylized realism) but 100% realism I am just not a fan of most the time. It's just so fucking boring. I can look out a window. Lisa Ann's boobs are more real to me than games like R* or Naughty Dog total realism attempts. Just not a fan.
