Would you pass on a game due to its art style?

Also, 3D remakes of old 2D sprite-based games are something I'll skip on entirely. Good quality sprites to me will always look better than most 3D models attempting to replicate the design of the original.

I skipped the whole new generation of Monkey Island / Sam and Max games because of the ugly 3D style.

I've also skipped Ni No Kuni 2 when Ghibli was no longer involved. The hand drawn scenes were the best.
