There isn't a Nintendo bias.
We have never moderated anyone due to their platform preferences, we don't give two rats what people game on, we care about their behavior. - If someone is being toxic and they prefer <insert platform of choice here> than that is merely coincidence.
As for that individual you speak of... I can't really speak about it as I don't have enough information to go on.
But there is deliberation that goes on behind the scenes whenever a moderation takes place that forum users are oblivious to, chances are they were removed for other reasons you aren't privy to. - If you think we dropped the ball somewhere, you are more than welcomed to send a mod a message and we will converse on the issue or take the issue to the rest of the team. (Within reason, there are some things that can't be said outside mod chat.)
