Well if they make it f2p or with sub for the game then it won't need PS+. but then it would be an even worse play imho than being a regular retail release MP only. I will avoid the game anyway as I don't play online. Just posted the new because I haven't seem it before.

They probably will make much more money. I would say very little people bought TLOU because of MP exclusively (or that would not buy TLOU2 because it lacks MP). So if they do a good game out of this MP that will be extra profit on a similar budget they had planned.
