Based on the suggestions here I'm leaning towards Mario Kart with the driver assist turned on. I'm also considering one of the Jackbox Party games. Wario Ware Smooth Moves might be an option...if I didn't give it away. I'll try to track it down.
She really is bad at gaming. It's just not something she's ever been interested in but she does like being around me and we do enjoy playing the few games she can play, together. I'm tempted to teach her the basics starting with Feeding Frenzy and Super Rub a Dub!
Mario Galaxy might be an option as well.
