That would be a weird place to place a camera, as it would be facing up.

Based on the other black blur made to the right that's hiding writing, it must be writing, and probably something that could give away who's this dev kit was sent to and get them in trouble for leaking pics.

I also doubt a leaker would care about hiding a camera, it's leaking it, it want to show us stuff.

It wouldn't really be facing up. Looks like the shape of a cam with a stand. It also could narrow it down, since maybe only few devs got them.

Though, it could just be writing.
