The leaker said next gen consoles will have the biggest jump jump on compute power then any other consoles generation had ever before. Xbox Scarlet will have new camera and Xbox team are designing new tech camera for streaming (but it's not confirmed to be included or not) and PS5 will use old tech camera.
They will have different method of implementing Ray Tracing , judging the recent other leaks the different will be on it's API, Microsoft will be using DirectX R (Ray Tracing from DirectX 12 ) while SOny has it's own proprietary API probably openGL or low level API. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=241051&page=3#8
