Every single modern game can be ported on switch. You can port even star citizen. The question is whether it would be worth it considering the degraded visuals. IMO even though the port is as good as it can get it's not worth it. But I wouldn't be playing it on ps4 either. It just doesn't make sense to play such a beautiful game on a hardware that doesn't do it justice.
