You just don't do it, we saw the same with eurovision last year and the iceland team holidng a palestine banner.

International events should be politics free.

USA teams can't compete anymore without black lives matter/Pictures of the 5.000 children killed in Afghanistan in 2018 by USA soldiers/Stop ICE Locking up children/Stop destroying the climate/Stop killing children with abortus... protestors

allowing politics and you end up getting hate and in the worst case events like the Nazi Olympics.

Anyway I don't really buy blizzard games anyway, and if I did care about politics I would have not bought an Xbox or games made by USA or half the world anyway.

A little contradictory that though. Excluding politics from the equation is what would allow the Olympics to be held in a country like nazi Germany in the first place.

Another example would be South Africa being banned from most international sporting events during the apartheid era. Do you disagree with that too because it involved politics? Do you think South Africa should have been able to compete in international events despite their apartheid policy? Or, do you think politics does have some place in international events after all?

Well this is about people.  I would allow everybody to join the event.   But if someone from USA/Germany/Belgium/Japan/China/SOuth Africa or whatever comes in and say death to Israel I would ban the person.  If someone comes in an says fuck you Europe/USA for your weapon support to Saudi Arabia that has led to ten thousands of victims in Yemen I would also ban that person.

South Africa was banned by themselves because they were basically  like White>>>>>>Black.  And the team and players even said they didn't want to play against BLACK teams.  I personally would not invite a friend to dinner who acts that way. I understand that someone can be angry towards someone with a different political view but angry because he has a different colour....Well bye bye.

With Thanksgiving/Xmas dinners coming up most families will have the golden rule 'don't talk about politics' if you do it only ends up ruining the evening, apparantely a lot of families don't celebrate it together anymore.
