It's kinda scary how easily western companies are bending to the disgusting CCP, I'd bet anything that Blizzard wouldn't have banned someone for saying something negative about America, let's not forget they also fired the two casters who did absolutely nothing wrong, this stream was done in Taiwan I believe? Well they decided against banning an American team for holding up a "Free Hong kong" sign but that team decided to forfeit their match because it's hypocritical for Blizzard to ban the Hong Kong player but not them.

Let's be honest with ourselves, the only reason Blizzard reacted so harshly or at all is because they don't want to upset the CCP and also, Tencent own 5% of Activision-Blizzard who are essentially an arm of the CCP doing their shitty bidding, exactly why I've been wary of Tencent for years and don't want them investing in any company.

Regarding the boycott, doesn't really apply to me, I haven't played an Activision-Blizzard game in years, and as far as I'm concerned they've always been a shitty company (Bobby Kotick is downright awful )

FreeHongKong & FuckTheCCP. Blizzard as the OP put it, is siding with money over humanity, and a pretty blatant example at that.

Great post and I agree. I went ahead and deleted my blizz account and uninstalled the games from my PC and PS4. Might not mean much to Blizz but it took very little effort from me.
