What are the Top 10 shows on TV?

Originally I was going to make it a Top 5, but I did that with my Weird Al thread and it's pretty hard to choose just 5 shows. You can do a Top 5 if you want, but I've got shows to list!

Your list can go by the quality of the show, even if you don't like it. But it should go by personal enjoyment. And so we come to my list. Preferrably, this should go by what you remember of the series (the newer Simpsons episodes suck for example, but don't you have warm and fuzzy memories of the old ones?).
