Yes, they all want your money, they're businesses after all. That said, you can aim for profit, while still having likable people who care about the industry in top positions as well. 

Sony will be fine without another House or whatnot, it's not a huge deal. But it's kind of disappointing that most of the people who helped make PlayStation are no longer at Sony.
