Are you honestly under the impression that this doesn't happen on consoles??. A quick google search will show you a number of sites that allow such hacks on consoles.

They aren't even comparable. In Apex Legends on console I've played 2500 games without a cheater. My friend on pc says he encounters at least one a DAY!
