This, and the PS2 is yesterday. The Wii is what's hot today, it's what people are talking about. Gamers, especially casual ones, don't buy consoles to play games that are several years old, they want to play the hot new games.
For that matter, why would anyone buy a PS3 over a PS2? It's what, 1/4 the price and has 1000+ games for it.
