Wrong and wrong. Lik-Sang was not sued because of piracy or modchips at all but because they were selling PSPs to european market. Sony did not want PSPs shipped to Europe until later time. Lik -Sang was a great store where I used to get my custom Street Fighter controllers... They actually stopped selling modchips in 2003 which again...ARE LEGAL! Copying games you don't own isn't legal but moding a console in any way or form is... And there is no law that prohibits running of software on any machine as long as you don't use the copywright code from the software manufacturer. This is the reason emulators exist and the reason why Sony did not win either of the lawsuits. You need to either research what you're saying or stop talking. |
and i suppose its ok to use the hardwares software? bios anyone?
