Got lucky man.. was browsing through OfferUp and saw a guy had listed it up for $175.  Thought it might be a fake post, but purchased it through the app, a complete unit.. 2 controllers, 2 lighthouses, head unit, deluxe audio strap.. still got that unpeeled plastic around most of the components.  Ups tracking shows I'll have in hand by Thursday.  If it checks out, it'll be a keeper.
