Say Something About the Person Above You

Has just revealed that he's isekai trash(jk). But someone explain to me how the Japanese say iSss-e-kk-aa-iii with an emphasis on the s sound not the I sound but English people write isekai and say eee-say-kae?

Edit: I confused Sekai with isekai but your pronunciations still suck western people.
