In first world countries i would say yes or at the very least the vast majority of them probably do, however in third world countries like my own... lets say there is plenty of people who would love to buy a PS4 but cant, not only is the PS4 expensive for a lot of people over here but its actually more expensive to buy it here than in 1st world countries, the PS4 here is closer to 400 dollars instead of 300.
A 100 dollar pricedrop would do wonders for the system in places like South America.
