I think you're misunderstanding. Once you have the timestamp, it's safe. There is no documented case of a trophy with a timestamp ever having it's timestamp erased. Anything's possible, but if timestamps did start disappearing, it would be due to a widespread data loss catastrophe, affecting a large group, not a few individuals. The OP has a bizarre case, because most timestamp issues occurred on the PS3, and to a lesser extent, the Vita.
