Oh yeah. I started out liking the vanilla look, but these days I roll with shader and resource packs, to spruce the game up, because you can only live with vanilla textures for so long, that it becomes dull to look at.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
