The Pokemon will keep coming, and those games are always huge. I believe they come out every 3 years.
But yeah, Nintendo very smartly tries to put more heavy hitters at the beginning. The heavy hitters attract customers. Customers attract third party devs. Third party devs attract more customers. Rinse, repeat. When Nintendo puts out heavy hitters early on, then it makes their whole console successful. Playstation doesn't need to do this, because the heavy hitters on Playstation are third party games like GTA and CoD.
