GOOD Non-"M" Rated XBOX 360 games?

I need some good "Not M" rated XBOX 360 games (Perferredly  Multiplayer and T-rated), because my mom said she would buy my brothers and I a game, but my youngest brother has to be able to play it (No M). Any suggestions? I haven't had my 360 long, so just name some of the ones you like, even if they're old.
