Well, like I already posted earlier, I learned about delicious Fatburger milkshakes from a window ad. In general though? Ads play a part for sure. I bought my beloved Phillips One Blade after first seeing it in an ad. I did do a bit of research too. I guess I would say "discovery" info about products I eventually buy comes from a number of sources, including ads.
