I think both the ps5 and the scarlett will push fps more... the CPU in the current gen systems was the most limiting factor. With the new gen having pretty potent CPUs, the developers that want to push high fps wont have a CPU bottleneck, but I fully believe that it will be a developer decision, just as it always has been. I'm excited for what the new systems will bring to the table.
