I'm not sure I can even make an educated guess on this one. I'm really not sure what my most played game is, but it's probably either Smash Bros. Melee or Baten Kaitos Origins, both for Gamecube. Or possibly Brawl on Wii. I'd have to check the in game clock for Melee to be sure. Baten Kaitos I put multiple 200+ hour playthroughs into as a teen during summer vacation, so it's a contender as well. Brawl would be harder to be certain of because it's easily the game I've played the most on other people's game systems. I played so much goddamn Brawl in college I probably could have done decently at the local competitive scene, and only a fraction of it was done on my own Wii, which was still a couple hundred hours. So I guess regardless of which one it is it'd be somewhere in the 1000-2500 range on the poll, probably on the lower end of that range if I had to try to be more specific. Still, that's a month and a half of my life, and I probably put that much into multiple games. That's crazy to think.
